I can't thank you guys enough!!! I never do reviews but you guys have gone so above and beyond that I just had to. Before dealing with Leak Masters Roofing, we had hired another roofing company in Miami to do a repair on our roof and it was a nightmare. They never returned our phone calls, would say they were going to come but would never show up, and our roof just kept getting worse and worse. We should have known when they were 2 hours late for the inital estimate, and the person at the office didn't sound so amicable but we trusted the salesman and went ahead with them until finally my husband, told them that we were fed up and we went on the hunt to find a new roofer and thankfully we have honestly found the best roofers in South Florida! From the first initial phone call, you immediately feel such a warm welcoming and such a genuine way of doing business. Ailette at the office, is probably the nicest person I have met. She really helped us out, answered all our questions, and got someone to come visit us right away for our estimate and during the 3 days that they worked on our house (it was a pretty big repair, that is why i was freaking out when the other roofers wouldn't come because the damge kept getting worse and water was coming in.) she kept me informed of everything without me even having to call them. The day of the estimate the actual owner Hayrol was the one that came out to our property and like my husband says, "that guy knows roofs!" He sat with us and explained detail by detail the work that they were going to do, told us the day they were going to start, by when they should end, and explained every single question we had in detail and exactly how he said it was going to happen it was done. The job got started the day after our estimate. Workers were there early in the morning. Left our yard impeccable after the repair was done and left everything organized daily so that our house still looked presentable while they were working on it. We live in Coral Gables so that was a big plus for us. When the job was done we couldn't have been happier. The roof came out great but the best part was the amazing experience we had working with Leak Masters! I would honestly recommend them to every single person that wants to deal with genuine people that do business with a smile and really know their stuff. To add to the A++++++ that I give them, they even sent us a thank you handwritten postcard after the job was done. Now a days that speaks volumes of the caliber of this company. We are very happy customers and Leak Masters you are ours and our family's official roofer forever. You are stuck with us!!! :)
